Privacy policy

Milwaukee Plumbing Pros is operated by Pinecrest Advisory Services, LLC. This page explains what we collect when you use this site or call its number, what happens to it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• When you send the request form: your name, phone number, the service you chose, anything you write in the notes, and the page you sent it from.
• When you call: your phone number, the approximate location your phone carrier reports (city and state), the time and length of the call, and a recording and written transcript of the call. You hear an announcement that the call may be recorded and transcribed before it connects.
• For spam control: a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address and your browser's description of itself, so repeated junk submissions can be blocked. We do not keep your internet address itself.
• Visit counts: how many times each page is viewed and how many people tap the phone number or send the form, counted per day and by the kind of site that sent the visitor (for example, a search engine). These counts contain nothing about you.

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. We do not track you across other websites, so we do not respond differently to "Do Not Track" signals: there is nothing to turn off. Videos load from YouTube only if you press play.

Who receives it

Milwaukee Plumbing Pros is a referral service. When you call or send a request, your details go to one independent company so it can contact you about your request. No company covers this area yet, so for now they come to us, and we call you back. That company pays us for enquiries. We do not send your details to anyone else, and we do not pass them to several companies to bid against each other.

We use service providers that handle the information only to run the site for us: Twilio (telephone, call recording and transcription), Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and Resend (sending the request to the company by email). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

What we use it for

• To pass your request on and have you contacted about it.
• To check the quality of service on calls.
• To show this site's call and request volume to businesses considering advertising here. They can listen to calls and read transcripts in a password-protected page.
• To block spam and abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep requests, call records, recordings and transcripts for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and no longer than three years. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (414) 533-6106 or through the contact page. We will answer within 45 days. If you agreed to be contacted by phone or text, you can withdraw that at any time: reply STOP to any text, or tell the caller. If you would rather not be recorded, use the request form instead of calling.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on their home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Accessibility

We want this site to be usable by everyone and aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. If anything on it is hard to use with your device or assistive technology, call (414) 533-6106 or use the contact page and we will help and fix it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date.
